I thought about i came to my own conclusion i found my truth of this world i worship god. i found my truth and that is the truth i live by forever live by him and die by him actually sounds kind fun. besides it just a movie. Niees move. Qq eu to fazendo aqui. Level 1 I'm so happy Humberto vs Seth happened. That was great. Humberto is so good and his name is fun to say. level 1 Is Lashley gay? Like I dont care, but he seems so unfathomably awkward around Lana. level 2 Maybe he's uncomfortable because that's really another man's wife. level 1 So WWE and Flair sorted out their legal troubles then? level 2 I bet it has nothing at all to do with that sweet, sweet blood money from audi Arabia. level 1 Not a single womans match, wow. level 2 Cant wait for Evolution. level 2 Good practice for Saudi Money 4 level 1 I am not at all looking forward to another AJ/KO feud. over the US title. again. level 2 I am, just because it's the opposite of last time in terms of their morality. I'm excited for heel aj vs face k. o... I'm hoping for some cool shit to happen unlike last time. I'm most excited for the o. c. vs street profits. That shit is gunna be fun as hell. level 1 so hold on, wyatt vs rollins will be a match that cannot be stopped. what if either of them has like a serious injury? theyre not gonna stop that match then? level 2 They're not even gonna stop if it one of them gets pinned level 1 Lmao the Bollywood boys have names level 1 When Montez Ford asks for your baby, you give him that baby. level 1 i feld umcomfortable whenever flair was speaking level 2 "NO, I KNOW WHERE WE ARE NOW! And boy let me tell you its amazing. RAW was great this week. Everything about the Rusev storyline is coming together perfectly. All the tag matches were stellar. All the singles matches got the right guy over. They get a snickers bar in my eyes. I am sad that the online wrestling culture has become so toxic and subjective, people looking for reactions to what they are watching live on the internet instead of trying to enjoy the show and see it for what it is not what people or the mob mentality is advocating. Mark me out guys. level 2 I'm with you on everything except the Rusev storyline. It creeps me out and I'm creepy as fuck.

Director: Kiyoshi Kurosawa Writers: Kiyoshi Kurosawa Cast: Actor Role Nobuko Miyamoto Akiko Shingo Yamashiro Kazuo Ichiro Furutachi Taguchi Fukumi Kuroda Asuka Nokko Emi Synopsis A group of film makers – producers Kazuo and Akiko, cameraman Taguchi, art restoration specialist Asuka, and Kazuo's daughter Emi – travel to an abandoned mansion to film a documentary. The mansion is the former residence of famous artist Ichiro Mamiya. Although the Mamiya Mansion has been abandoned since Mamiya's death 30 years ago, the film crew believes that there are some forgotten frescoes painted on the walls of the mansion, and they would like to restore them as part of their documentary. The crew turns out to be right, and they begin working on restoring the frescoes. Taguchi unknowingly disturbs a grave on the estate and this sets of a chain of horrific events. Asuka becomes possessed by the spirit of Lady Mamiya and the shadows themselves come to life and take Emi prisoner. With the help of a local gas station attendant, Mr. Yamamura, the film crew must unravel the mystery behind Lady Yamamura to rescue Emi and escape the Mamiya Mansion. Review Sweet Home is perhaps one of the most influential films that no one has seen. A video game of the same name was developed for the Nintendo Famicom in tandem with the film, and the Sweet Home video game could be considered the starting point for the horror survival genre. The game was directed by Tokuro Fujiwara who would go on to reuse and refine the ideas he developed in Sweet Home in the creation of Resident Evil, a game that has become synonymous with survival horror. In fact, Resident Evil was originally planned as a direct remake to the Sweet Home video game and although there were a lot of changes made between conception and release, Resident Evil still bears resemblance to the Sweet Home Famicom game. Resident Evil takes place mostly in a mansion, and it features multiple endings and a rich item management system – both elements that Fujiwara first experimented with in Sweet Home. So why then is Sweet Home so unknown to most horror fans? Well, the answer is pretty simple. Neither the movie nor the game has ever gotten an official release in the US. The game has since been translated by fans and an English ROM is available for download online. The movie was released in Japan on tape and laserdisc formats in 1989 but has never been released on DVD or Blu-Ray anywhere. It's a bit perplexing since the director of the movie, Kiyoshi Kurosawa, is quite well-known in his own right. He is the man responsible for the 1997 film Cure and 2001's Pulse, both of which have garnered praise in Japan and internationally. So it's kind of baffling that Sweet Home seems to have been largely forgotten. One possible explanation for why the movie hasn't been released on a modern format and why it has never seen release in the US, is that there was a dispute between Kurosawa and the film's producer Juzo Itami. Itami made significant alterations to Kurosawa's cut before Sweet Home 's release. As a result, Kurosawa's version has never been seen by the public. The creative differences between Kurosawa and Itami were so great that Kurosawa requested his name be taken off the film, though, to my knowledge this never happened. So perhaps since Kurosawa was never satisfied with the film, there isn't really anyone lobbying for its release on Blu-Ray. This theory seems to hold some water, but even if there isn't anyone championing the cause, it seems like Sweet Home has enough merit to warrant a modern release. Video game lineage aside, Sweet Home the movie did have considerable talent behind it. The special effects were done by Academy Award winner Dick Smith, who will be best known to horror fans by his work on The Exorcist, Scanners, and House on Haunted Hill. Working alongside Smith in the effects department was future Academy Award winner Kazuhiro Tsuji, who has worked on such films as Men in Black, The Devil's Advocate, Looper, and Darkest Hour. The actors in Sweet Home are far from being nobodies, and collectively they have 100s of acting credits to their names. And yet, Sweet Home remains relatively unknown. Sweet Home only has 318 reviews on Letterboxd despite being 30 years old at this point. For comparison the Child's Play remake, which is only 5 days old at this point, has over 5000. I suppose I've spent enough time talking about how nobody has seen this movie, let's get into whether or not this movie is worth seeing. The movie begins with Kazuo trying to convince local authorities to let the crew into the Mamiya Mansion. Right off the bat, we get some slapstick humor and cheesy music, so we know that this movie isn't going to be super serious. The best way to describe Sweet Home is the word "charming. There's just something about this movie that made me love it, and I think the cheesiness of the first 30 minutes played a big part in that. We're given just enough characterization to understand the motivations of everyone involved and while you can pretty much predict the plot beats to follow, you don't really care because you're enjoying the ride. The plot isn't completely paint by numbers though. It's unique in that the backstory of the Lady Mamiya ghost is interesting and pretty fucked up. When the story is revealed to us it starts out as standard haunting stuff but quickly veers into "what the fuck" territory. And that's something that can be said about a lot of this movie. It takes simple ideas and we assume we know the outcome, but it adds just enough of a twist to keep us on our toes. One aspect where this is easily seen is in the gore and special effects. The shadows in the house are alive and have a sort of burning, caustic quality to them. We see a few characters fall victim to the shadows and we assume that that's the end of it, but we're later taken back to those characters to see an additional layer of gore. We get people cut in half by shadows, an axe to the face, a character that gets melted down to the skeleton, and something that can only be described as shadow lava. The effects and ideas when it comes to death in this movie are wildly inventive, and although it may seem random at first the methods of death come to make more sense later on. The final showdown is the icing on the cake and takes everything to an unexpected level. Sweet Home is a movie with a great aesthetic style. The interior of the house is creepy in a fake haunted house sort of way, but it doesn't cross the line into being goofy, it's kind of hard to explain. What's particularly great about the film is its use of color and shadow. Kurosawa is able to strike a balance between the two and pull it into a cohesive aesthetic. At times everything is very bright and vivid, at other times it's very dark and moody. Whether you're watching a comedic scene or a scary scene, the shadows are always present, and it gives the mansion an eerie and foreboding feeling. Later on, the shadows take a more active role in the scares, such as in a scene where Akiko is chased by shadow fingers that pop light bulbs as they pass by. The film is stylishly shot and there is terrific camera movement, interesting angles, and fast yet effective editing. Everything about the look of this movie is great despite the VHS quality of the print. The plot and characters in the movie are serviceable - nothing spectacular here. Where I feel that Sweet Home is a cut above a lot of haunted house movies is that it plays out in such a way that we're never forced to ask ourselves "why is this character doing that. or "why don't they just leave. There aren't any overtly dumb decisions made by the characters and they are given a reason to return to the house repeatedly that makes sense. I don't want to go on too much about this film because I think that a lot of the enjoyment for me came from the surprise element of the proceedings. Watching this thing unfold in its own bizarre and charming way is what's fun about it so I really don't want to belabor this discussion and get into too many specifics, so I'll just get into my recommendation. Recommendation I'm sure you won't be surprised to know that I strongly recommend this film and on top of that, I want other people to recommend this to their friends. It's criminal that this movie has been largely forgotten because it's pretty damn good and there was a lot of heart and talent that went into it. I don't want to oversell it and make you think it's going to be the best movie in the world because it's not. It's an above average horror movie that doesn't break any new ground but it's very well executed. I just don't want to continue living in a world where horror fans don't know about this one, because I think it's a film worth remembering. I want everyone to love Sweet Home just as much as they love B-horror classics like Sleepaway Camp, C. H. U. D., and Evil Dead. I want people to love Sweet Home so much that we can finally get a proper release from Shout Factory or Arrow or anyone really. Go watch this movie. It's available on YouTube in its entirety for free. If you would like to listen to this review and others in audio format or join a viewing party with other horror fans, check us out at Channel83.

You depicted a solar liberal optimistic character which is NOT an infj in my opinion especially if judger characteristic become more relevant and because the introversion makes it terribly stressful being a leader or being exposed to so many human interactions. among the people you listed as infj I see my self more similar to schopenheur or nietzsche personalities.

Keanu Reeves stars as a successful young attorney battling for his very soul with Oscar-winner Al Pacino as his sinister boss in the supernatural thriller The Devil's Advocate. Florida lawyer Kevin Lomax (Reeves- The Matrix films) brilliantly defends his guilty clients. Handpicked by John Milton (Pacino- Scent of a Woman, The Godfather films) the most powerful and feared attorney in New York, Kevin leaves his Southern roots, joining an exotic world of luxury cars, unlimited expense accounts and penthouse apartments. But his heavenly new career soon turns into hell as Milton's lure of limitless wealth, sex, and fame spins out of control. As the line between fantasy and reality blurs, Kevin no longer sees his employer as just a smooth-talking businessman, but as someone much more ominous. Now, Trapped in an underworld of depravity and greed, can Kevin stop a demonic plan to spread evil well beyond the courtroom.

Well, Entry #16 is 7:57 minutes long. Could that mean... anything. Meru super Sir.

Such a criminally underrated and underappreciated film. One of Pacino's best roles and Reeves

Ever since Forza Horizon 4 first came out, after the first couple weeks I've mostly lost interest, which stands in stark contrast to 2 and 3. Whether this is because I own Ultimate Edition and am basically given everything (a discussion for another time) or because of the changes to Rivals mode, or my interests are changing, or the poor condition of online, I don't know, but this and recently watching the Fast & Furious movies got me to thinking: What would I do to make my Horizon 4 experience more enjoyable? This is what I have come up with, a new optional mode (or possibly a paid expansion if Playground games felt like making some cash) that meshes with what's in the current game with only minor tweaks to create a whole new environment for those who crave a more realistic experience. I'm sure someone has already done something like this but this is my personal wishlist for a Forza experience. Give Money Weight I'm willing to bet that right now most people could afford to buy buy a Koenigsegg Agera and fully upgrade it for fun. I would like money in this mode to have value. It should take a lot of work to buy an engine swap and turbo your car. Buying certain parts should be goals that give you a sense of accomplishment and be a goal, not something you mindlessly pop on to see how it changes performance. 2. Remove AI Racers A risky move, but this fuels the "Hardcore" aspect of the mode. How much you win is directly based on how good you are. Some people may find this discouraging, but it should also push you to be better and build a better car. 3. Raise the Stakes in Racing In this world there's no reason that you should just get paid when you're racing. Where's the money coming from? This is why I propose racing be done with slips and bets. How much you earn is directly proportional to the risk you are taking. You can race just for fun or slap some cash down. If you want you can even wager the keys to your car. I also suggest a betting system be put in place for onlookers (see #5) to pick up some money. 4. Give Your Property Meaning This has been a controversial point in other games like Need for Speed 2015 but I believe your garage should be limited to 5 cars and only one house. Unlike the current model, with 100s of cars being thrown at you, this forces you to focus and really invest in what you own, building a roster of your top favorites and making cars much more valuable. I am also inclined to set damage on simulation and make you pay to repair your car, fostering care and realistic driving. Or this will just lead to demolition derbys, who knows? 5. Remove Car Classes Car classes currently exist in Forza and other racing games to keep races fair, but that's not how it works in real life. Without classes who you race against is directly based on your judgement. This also incentivises sleepers and building over buying, both of which I'm a big advocator for: 6. Emphasis on Car Meets and Community Do I have to say much more? Some of my favorite memories from Horizon 3 were doing car meets and cruises, something that seems to be lost on Horizon 4. This would hopefully take things a step further, creating clubs with a specific focus, encouraging discussion on your cars and even fostering relationships with new people. Clubs could have a "DK" or top racer, or maybe even tiers. They could also set up meets and races at certain times. I would imagine that these clubs, combined with Forza's custom race creator (make them all street races with flares and traffic) would be the basis for racing. People in the club could hopefully spectate and bet on the winners for money. 7. Tuning and Other Professions Right now all you have to do to get a top notch tune is download it off the web. However, I believe that the work of a good tuner should be sought after. This is why I propose that, for a price, you should be able to buy a shop and tune cars to sell. The better your tunes are and more popular you are (which would probably lead to an overhaul of the system to improve ratings) the more you cars should go for. Someone like Don Joewon Song could have bid battles reaching to the millions. Another possible option is careers like what are already in the game, whether it's delivering pizzas or rental cars. Maybe even photography? BONUS: Cops/Law Enforcement? This is very iffy, but I feel like some sort of law enforcement to avoid should be in place. Whether that is a cop option for players or speed cameras or something, I don't know. It doesn't fit the Forza franchise but seems core to this style of gameplay. NOTE- All aspects of this (Auction House, money, garage, races, lobbies, etc) would be seperate from the base game to prevent cross contamination and cheating. ALSO Im aware the balance of grind vs reward in this is very fickle and it would take a lot of work to make it balanced and enjoyable.

No pornography whatsoever. No peeking. No touching. No masturbation. HARD MODE. For SIX MONTHS! Mindblowing. Absolutely incredible, thank GOD! Earlier this year, I was a complete PMO zombie. Struggling to escape pornography was an understatement. After falling from my highest ever streak of 58 days on hard mode; a streak which took me 12 years of trying to obtain, I was severely depressed. I threw out all the positive habits that led me to that streak and returned to binging on TV shows, movies, junk food and most of all, pornography. I was unemployed, overweight, unhappy with my life and it was an immense struggle to get a 14-day streak going again. Looking back on how much my life has changed since June is unbelievable. And I KNOW without a doubt that the same is possible for you too. I pray that this story resonates with you and helps you achieve success in your journey. A Cautionary Tale I was over the moon with joy after passing 90 days. I didnt stop to think clearly about life after achieving that milestone. One dear friend and companion of mine had warned me not to get complacent and that he knew plenty of people who had relapsed at or around the 100-day mark. The book Power over Pornography had cautioned me as well. I didnt know how real the danger was until I had to battle the strongest urges Id ever faced on day 95 of my streak. That day I slipped — big TIME. At the time, I felt bad enough that I wanted to reset and start again. I wish I could take it back, but at the same time, it helped me learn much more about what it takes to stay free and clean, and just how much I didnt want to return to Day Zero. Ill walk you through what happened so you can learn from it and not repeat the same mistake. It started with me browsing online for a new book to read about pornography to understand the addiction better. I downloaded one and started reading it, but it sounded like it was in support of pornography, so I didnt think it was safe to read. I deleted it. But now thoughts were in my mind - ‘Is it that bad? I didnt see anything triggering, let me at least browse through it and see if its safe. I didnt deal with those thoughts, and hours later, I redownloaded it. Huge mistake. The book was definitely in favour of pornography, and it had images of pornstars. I deleted it straight away after seeing the first picture, but now it was stuck in my head. I hadnt seen anything for over three months, so it was majorly triggering. I went through my PC and checked to see if I had any other unsafe books, and I did, which I promptly deleted. I felt good about not going any further and turning things around. But I neglected the tasks I had set for the day and instead proceeded to browse 9GAG looking for funny memes to take my mind away from the triggers. I laughed a few times and started getting into a good mood again, but then I found myself hovering over NSFW memes, debating whether to click on them. I decided to close the page and go to YouTube. ‘YouTubes safe, right? I went there and browsed for NNN meme clips. One of the recommended videos was about catching golddiggers - the YouTuber pretends to be poor or unattractive and tries to ask out a girl, and when she says no, he returns in a Lambo and calls her a golddigger when she agrees the second time. The thumbnail had a beautiful girl. I clicked on it, watched it, then watched a few more. The new recommendation, kissing prank videos - the YouTuber plays pranks on girls to get them to kiss him, like asking them a trick question or rigging a magic trick. I hesitated again. In the pornographic videos I used to watch, the kissing scenes were the most ‘pleasurable to me, I was trying to meet my need for love and affection through them. Still, I clicked on it and watched it. Sure as clockwork, those feelings of massive arousal started bubbling up again. I could feel my body preparing for a furious masturbation session and a quick release as we had done in the past. I closed YouTube; no way I was going to let that happen. I asked myself, ‘How was I getting this worked up without even watching pornography? Id watched similar YouTube videos dozens of times in the past without even a tingle. No more YouTube. I said, let me watch a movie on Netflix and calm down. But the movie I chose was one that Id already identified would have triggering scenes to me, and Id discussed it with my accountability partner previously. I got 10 minutes in, before Id seen anything, and remembered ‘I was supposed to notify my AP before watching this! Thats when everything Id done throughout the day came flooding back to me. I would have to report the slip to him. Was I going to report a slip or a full-blown relapse? Thats when I logged into the forum again. I started reading through my old posts where Id been advising others. Why wasnt I following my advice? I re-read my 90-day success story. No way I was going to come back 5 days later and report a relapse. ‘I cant write this again! This is a once-in-a-lifetime story! No more backsliding. A slip IS a relapse from now on. A counter reset, climbing back from Day Zero again, and facing all the negative consequences which that entails. No more slips, GOD willing. I lay on my bed, battling urges until 7 AM before finally falling asleep, reading posts on the forum, but I didnt slip any further. I still wasnt following my advice - I was battling the urges instead of mindfully dealing with them directly - but I hadnt gone back to pornography or touched myself at all. As we advance in our streaks, we become more sensitive. Its even more important to protect ourselves from triggers and stay away from lies like ‘just a peek wont hurt and ‘Ive come this far so I can look at X or XX now as long as its not XXX. We must stick to the strategy that helped us get to where we are, and add even more commitment because now we have something to lose. As my AP told me, commitment fades over time. We have to refuel it with new activities and habits and keep the journey exciting, so we dont become complacent and under threat. The Importance of Accountability and Community Without an accountability partner, its unlikely I would be here sharing this story with you. Remembering that Id have to report back to him helped me return to my senses. Its one extra thought in the back of my mind now; ‘If I do this, would I have to report a slip? Knowing that Id have to report all slips is a barrier against acting out. Im very grateful for my AP. The two of us share our plans, strategise, advise and support each other on the journey. Every week we check-in and discuss how our plans are working. I can trust him and open up about things Im struggling with and share honestly without fear of judgement or shame. I felt alone for many years; its great to have someone doing this with me whos just as passionate about leaving pornography in the dust for good. And thats key - having an AP with a similar attitude. Knowing that we dont take this lightly at all. There is no ‘relapses are part of the journey bro, chin up mate. If theres a slip, the investigation follows. ‘Why did you slip, man? ‘What will you do about it? What tools have you put in place to prevent it from happening again? Ah, I see youve already added those keywords to your site blocker. Great stuff, lets review in a week. You dont need a hug after a relapse; you need guidance on how to prevent it from happening again - a relapse means theres a hole in your plan that needs to be repaired. It isnt friendly to be more concerned about boosting your mood than your recovery - guess what; your mood will be permanently moved up a few notches once youre no longer binging on pornography every month. I now have accountability software on my devices as per his suggestion, and we keep track of anything that looks questionable or suggests someone is moving towards a slip. I havent had anything like this before in my journey to recovery. Id become an expert at clearing my tracks and hiding away, and there was no site blocker I couldnt find a way around. But this brings everything into the light. Its powerful to have that thought before doing any search, ‘How will this look? What will my AP say if he sees Ive searched for this? And outside of my relationship with my AP, Ive increased my accountability even further. After passing 60 days, I placed a physical counter in the living room of our family home, and told my mother Id passed my highest streak, and had no intention of going back. Its a marble jar that I add to with every day free and clean. If it ever goes to zero due to a relapse, I have to show her what I watched. Absolutely no way Im watching pornography. I would never live through the shame of my beloved mother seeing the filth I used to watch. No way no sir, Ill continue my streak, thank you very much. That helped keep me from turning that slip on day 95 into a binge session. Ive shared with most of my close friends about my struggles with this addiction. Two of them have joined me in escaping pornography also, and one checks in with me regularly. There is so much love, support, advice and encouragement I get from this community. You people have given me new hope in humanity. Being motivated by your brothers, seeing them pass their highest streaks, reading their success stories and learning from them, there is so much healing power in that. When the entire world looks at us as ridiculous for quitting something theyre all engaged in doing when theyre all telling us that theres nothing wrong with pornography and masturbation is completely healthy - “4-5 times a day? Great bro, you wont get prostate cancer! ” - This community drowns out the noise and reminds us that were not alone on this journey. We need connection. This addiction thrives in isolation. Unlike smoking or drinking or drugs which people tend to do in groups, we hide away in our rooms, drowning in negative emotions and continually relapsing. Life changed for me after I started participating in the community in November 2018. And when I left for five months after relapsing, I couldnt make it to 3 weeks again without that connection. Connect as much as your time permits, share your story and listen to others. Learn from others advice, and give some out yourself. You dont go to war alone unless youre the Hulk, and even he teamed up with the Avengers. How Bad Do You Want It? I say it all the time to people; this is the worlds toughest addiction to escape. What makes it so difficult isnt the cravings to return or the withdrawal symptoms. Compared to an addiction to strong drugs, our painful experiences are mild. But this addiction is tied to the highest natural source of motivation on Earth - the sexual drive. People will forego the need to eat if the chance for a favourable sexual encounter comes their way. And theres a significant portion of us (myself included) whose only sexual experiences have been with pixels on a screen. Moreover, our prefrontal cortices have been shot to pieces due to years of addiction. Self-control is low. And if that wasnt enough, no addictive substance is this easy to obtain. Its incredibly easy to relapse. Pornography is everywhere. We come across it when were not even looking for it - thats how many of us became addicted in the first place. We dont have to pay any money to get it; we dont have to meet someone in a shady alleyway, we dont even have to leave our houses. And its always available. Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. No days off. Pornography offers endless variety; it never rejects us; it never says no, its never not in the mood tonight or too tired or too sick or angry with us. On one infamous website, there are enough videos that it would take over 10, 000 years to watch each one. Where our ancestors would travel to distant lands, invent new technology and theorise about the world they lived in, we hunch over our devices in the endless and unsatisfying hunt for the perfect video. To escape from this addiction, we have to be fully committed to growth and change. Determination is NECESSARY. We have to resolve that nothing in this life will ever make a relapse worthwhile. There is no negative emotion I can experience, no mood low enough that will make me relapse. No life circumstance is dark enough to make me self-harm like that again. Any reason is an excuse, and Id only be lying to myself. Pornography never helped me anyway - I felt good for a few seconds, then felt horrible afterwards. The pain I was experiencing in life was still there. The need for love, comfort, security, affection, and so on hadnt been met. And now, I had the added pain of relapsing on top - the guilt, shame and regret at breaking my streak once again, living against my values, throwing my promises and commitments in the garbage. There is no situation where sober you wouldnt be better able to handle it than addicted you. We all experience pain and suffering in this life, and that wont go away once youve rebooted. But you will be stronger and better prepared to face your problems. Youll bounce back faster, and your mood regulates quicker. Your mental focus, memory and problem-solving skills are improved. Youll think, “If Ive conquered pornography after so many failures, I can conquer this too. ” We have to make it harder to relapse. Its far too easy. Let me give you an analogy. I work as a security officer. If you give people enough freedom, people will steal from your store. Theyll rationalise it away to themselves, “Well, I didnt steal something like a TV set, its just a few drinks. ” Some people will think twice when they see the CCTV camera or a security guard watching them. Others will stop when they see one guard at the door and another two walking up and down the aisles. Then some wont be stopped unless there are plenty of security cameras that feed to a visible display in the store, two guards at every entrance, multiple guards walking up and down the store. Some will still steal with all of that, but its so difficult at that level that they must really want to shoplift that particular store. Since we dont want to relapse, lets increase the difficulty in getting back to pornography. One excellent blocker may be enough for some people, but it definitely wouldnt work for me. But if there are five blockers set up, each with different passwords like D34rGOD1w0ntr3l4p53 and P0RNRU1N3DMYL1F3 which have to be typed out each time, it gets frustrating, and wed start to remember that we really dont want to go back there. Adding accountability software to the mix, some severe consequences if we relapse and remembering that well have to confess what we did afterwards really changes the game. Be willing to change your lifestyle. Weve all heard the quote, ‘Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. Its a cliché because its true. If what we were doing was enough, wed all have years of recovery on our counters. If we have to break the silence on this and share with someone in our lives, lets do it. If we have to read dozens of success stories, learn from the strategies shared and make a plan of our own, lets get to work. If we have to read a book or two to learn about the addiction, let me find time in my week to get it done. I used to spend 6 hours edging, so I can certainly spend 8 hours to read a book that will significantly improve my life. Think about cutting things off, even if only temporarily. After my slip with YouTube, I discussed it with my AP and realised that 80% of my relapses started on YouTube. I would browse for increasingly more sexual content until my streak felt dirty and Id finish off the job by returning to a hardcore site. On his advice, I blocked YouTube. We cant underestimate the pain of giving up some part of our technological lives. Our devices have become a part of us. Since 2009, I had been visiting YouTube for at least 2 hours every day, up to 12 hours on lazy days. It was where I got my entertainment, my education, my news, and it was also where I tended to begin my downward spiral back into pornography. As much as I loved it, it was unsafe for me. I went 70 days without using YouTube - I returned on day 165 after clearing it with my AP and making sure the accountability software monitored all searches. We have to be willing to give things up so we can progress - our favourite apps, unrestricted Internet access… We may even need to transition to a less powerful phone, lock away our tablets and have someone else lock and unlock our computers. The freedom on the other side far outweighs the short-term pain of these restrictions. Above all else, we have to remind ourselves why we started this journey regularly. We become forgetful over time. We dont remember the pain of the last relapse; we forget how unsatisfying the previous time was or that moment of clarity we had when we decided enough was enough and we werent going back ever again. Its impossible to make choices for ourselves in the future; we can only make choices in the present moment. Choosing to remind ourselves of strong reasons daily, remembering the pain of the last relapse and the genuine pleasure were heading towards as we escape the addiction is critical. Make a Plan! Imagine that youre taking a cross country walk from Mumbai to New Delhi to raise money for a cause youre deeply passionate about. However, you dont take any GPS with you, no map, no food or water, no money, no travel guide, nothing but the clothes on your back and the shoes on your feet. You refuse to look at road signs or ask anyone for directions. When someone asks you how you plan to get to New Delhi, you ignore the fact that the cities are more than 1300km (800 miles) apart, and say, “Its in India, Im sure Ill find my way. ” This is the attitude so many of us in this community have when we dont have a plan on how were going to escape this addiction. I had the same attitude for many years, and it didnt serve me at all. Can we break free without one? Sure, but the chances are so slim, and the journey is so painful - why would we want to put ourselves through that? Why take chances on odds of 1 out of 10 000 when there are proven ways to overcome this? Breaking free isnt about luck. You dont just pull the lever on a slot machine and JACKPOT! Youve won a 90 Day Streak! Congratulations on your reboot! Its all about how well your plan works. A relapse isnt a reflection of your willpower. If youve gone a full 24 hour day without touching yourself or watching pornography - things that you have constant access to - and passed the strong urges and the desire to return to binging on day zero, you have all the willpower you need to escape. You have what it takes. You are stronger than every urge youve ever had. The problem is your plan (or lack of one) doesnt help you make the best use of your strength so you can succeed. Write it down, type it out, but it has to be written up. It cant be floating around in your head, or youll forget it when danger returns. A goal not written is merely a wish; a goal without a plan is just a dream. Just a 2-3 page document could save your life from this struggle. Do the work. What goes into your plan? First of all, so many people dont even have a method to overcome urges when they come; theyre just ignoring them and hoping for the best. Urges can come to you on day 1, and they can come to you on day 1501. Theyre not going anywhere. They may decrease in intensity and frequency over time, but as long as youre alive, youll face that temptation. The temptation to go back is not the problem at all; its our response that matters. Most of us have said at some point that were so angry we could kill someone. But we havent done it since were not murderers. That thought doesnt hold any power over us, and we dont respond to it by following through. In the same way, urges to return to pornography are only thoughts, and they only have the power we give to them. Our conscious mind can only focus on one thought at a time. With a method we follow every single time we get an urge, we maintain our power and eliminate those thoughts before they lead us back to a relapse. If we focus on something else, every single time, the triggering thought MUST go away. There are plenty of methods which work - mindfulness, direct confrontation, cognitive behavioural techniques, journaling your thoughts, yelling ten times I AM STRONGER THAN MY URGES. Find out what other people are doing and pick the method you like, then be sure to carry it out every single time you get urges, without fail. I didnt do this on day 95 and nearly paid a very dear price for it. Dont make the same mistake. No matter how weak the urge is, eliminate it. One piece of advice is to get a method that you can carry out anywhere you get an urge and at any time, like in the shower or when youre in bed. Journaling is a brilliant method and effectively destroys temptations to relapse until you get the urge to masturbate while youre in the shower. Think of something you could do in an emergency that would make the urge go away for the time being. If you jumped out of bed and into a cold shower or called a close friend, would you still be suffering from a strong urge? I heard recently on the Porn Free Radio podcast that there are two essential needs which we try to meet through pornography; the need for self-care, and the need for excitement. Wise man, with 3000+ days on his counter to back him up. Even though its a terrible way of trying to meet our needs, weve been doing it so long and so habitually that whenever we need to feel relief from stress, anxiety or discomfort of any sort, thats where we go. Cant sleep? Porn. Bad day at work? Porn. Failed an exam? Porn. For some of us, its gotten to the stage where we dont even need to be feeling bad. We may look to it as a CELEBRATION, something to enjoy after a happy accomplishment. Sure, it offers endless variety; however, were never left satisfied even after hours of acting out. It always falls short and leaves a terrible aftertaste. We have to become aware of our triggers and have solutions for each one so that we arent left defenceless next time life gives us a kick in the teeth. Think of all the excuses for relapsing in the past and come up with effective counters for each one. Have some positive activities you will engage in instead of returning to pornography. Remember, pornography is no longer an option for helping us meet our needs. It was very inefficient anyway. Just having a few playlists of songs you enjoy can help you get into the right frame of mind much better than pornography ever could. Get one for when youre feeling stressed that will relieve the tension. Have one that will make you want to dance - hard to feel angry when youre tapping your feet to the beat. Have an upbeat one that will encourage you that the pain wont last forever. Go for a walk. Watch your favourite movie. Pray. Journal about your thoughts. Call a loved one. Chat to someone in the community. All of these things will leave a good memory behind and help you feel better. Pornography always leaves a painful memory of relapsing and makes you feel worse afterwards, and that wasnt your aim. Figure out what tools youll have in place to protect you from a relapse. Write your strong reasons for escaping the addiction. Choose what pornography filters and blockers youll have in place. Set up your accountability software and who you will share the reports with. Decide what apps and ‘safe sites like YouTube or Instagram you will block and for how long. Have a trusted friend or companion who you will share your plan with and review it regularly. Without sharing the plan with someone else, its a lovely document, but it wont be helpful. If we could trust ourselves to keep our word, we would have been free a long time ago. Its having someone else with us on the journey which keeps us accountable to our plan, which leads to progress. Transform Your Life Just because we say NoPMO doesnt mean thats all this journey is about. This is a journey for self-improvement and growth. Our lives are in urgent need of repair, and we have to start putting in the work now to change them. We cant wait until weve rebooted to begin doing the work. Forgive yourself for all the pain and damage that addicted you caused in your life. Let go of the guilt, shame and regret. Let go of the past. Theres nothing we can do to change it, but the future is still available and untainted. Resolve to be a new person, a hero. This is your life! Youre the star of the movie, stop living like an extra with no lines. Think of the person you want to become in the future and start living like him now! Dont wait another day! Set some goals for yourself which youll work on during your streak with a deadline of 90 days. Make them challenging, meaningful and exciting. When you add 90 days to your counter, youll feel the benefits when youve also added change and structure to your life. Youve just left pornography behind, so you have much more free time now! Theres so much you can do with all that time you used to spend thinking about pornography, slowly edging towards pornography, watching it and acting out etc. Just one hour a day of reading in your chosen field will make you an international expert in 7 years. Thats 2500+ hours! Think seriously about your life and where you want to be a year from now. Five years from now. Write it down. Think also about how painful and miserable your life would be if youre still stuck in this addiction a year from now. Five years would be a nightmare. Write that down too. Start making a plan for your life. It doesnt have to be perfect, and you dont need to have all the details, but you do need to get some direction and concrete structure. You only have one life; its an urgent priority that you figure out how you want to live it. Break down every area of your life and figure out ways you can improve in each area. Start taking steps to get better and upgrade your life. Make the smallest possible positive step, and grow from that each day; dont overwhelm yourself by thinking you need to change everything in two weeks. The change has to be sustainable and consistent; you dont want to burn out. Get excited about your life again! Youll face difficulty and challenges along the way - I know I sure have - but youll reach a point where ticking items off your to-do list and checking them off on your calendar gives you more pleasure than a 4-hour edging session ever could. Pursuing your purpose in life is far more enjoyable than pornography ever was. Personal Victories Theres a whole bunch of fun and exciting things that have happened, thank GOD. The benefits Ive experienced after rebooting have only increased. Ill share the main ones within the last three months: I transitioned into a better job - with an 8% raise, lower stress and more fulfilment. I can shape my day around it better and accomplish more towards my future. I had the energy and mental strength to run more than 15km! 9 miles) Ive never run that far in my life! This time last year, I could barely run 400m without stopping. Ive experienced a deeper connection with my loved ones and the damage I caused our relationships as an addict is being repaired more and more each day. I discovered my lifes mission, part of which is giving this addiction a serious fight. I want to help myself and others break free of this for good and make a real difference. Alexander Rhodes is an inspiration. I made a plan to get back into education so I can learn the skills I need for my contribution to this fight. I started recording videos about this NoPMO journey and set up a YouTube channel with more than 30 videos. Resources and Books: The Porn Free Radio Podcast - Has to be the best advice Ive seen so far on how to gain real recovery from this addiction. The host, Matt Dobschuetz, has over 3000+ days porn-free, and his 200+ podcast episodes are a wealth of knowledge, advice and support. If you follow his advice, youll break out of the cycle of constant relapses and finally see changes in your life. HackBook - EasyPeasyWay - This book completely shattered my previous views about pornography. I highly recommend this book to everyone fighting to escape this addiction. Its less than 150 pages and can transform your life forever. Power over Pornography: The Proven Solution to Overcoming Pornography Addiction by Brian Brandenburg - The author promises that if you follow the strategy laid out in the book, you will not relapse. Massive promise to make, but I agree. The one day that I neglected to follow the strategy was when I had a slip. It works. Your Brain on Porn: Internet Pornography and the Emerging Science of Addiction by Gary Wilson - The book ought to be required reading for anyone on this journey. So powerful to read stories of people reversing severe damage in their lives after a year free and clean. To know that the brain is changeable and to understand all the withdrawal symptoms. Like the flatline and why cravings are so bad in the initial stages and the cycle of shame-binge-shame-binge-shame etc. And to read the methods people used when the urge struck them, from the ‘Why didnt I think of that. to the ‘Man, thats bizarre but glad it worked for him… Read it when you get the chance if you havent already. Gamechanger. Cupids Poisoned Arrow by Marnia Robinson - It explains so much about the neurochemistry of sexual addiction and the harmful effects of orgasm on the body, and advocates for an updated understanding of human sexual relationships. GoldJacketLuke on YouTube was able to pass 250 days and beyond merely by reading it and understanding its concepts. Why You Should Never Masturbate by David Baldwin - At the very least, you have some doubt about the prevalent theories of healthy masturbation. It will make you start to wonder if there is something to this semen retention thing people mention. Youll wish someone handed it to you before your first PMO session. A compelling and thought-provoking book. The Porn Trap: The Essential Guide to Overcoming Problems caused by Pornography by Wendy and Larry Maltz. A very insightful book written by therapists who help clients every day with this addiction. Conclusion Were all capable of breaking free; it entirely depends on how badly we want it and how far were willing to go to change. I pray that my story helps you. If youre struggling, let me tell you, there is HOPE! Life is beautiful without pornography; you wont miss it. I sure dont. Take action now. Start today; dont put it off for tomorrow. At the very least, download the plan template and schedule a time when youll start filling it out. If youve read this far, youre serious about your recovery. I already know that you can do it, but its you who needs convincing. You have to prove it to yourself! Very grateful to my AP, close family, friends and companions for their love and support. I would have relapsed long ago without them. We can all do this, brothers! All praise is due to GOD, Lord of the Universe.

Addicted to haunting tube😍😍😍. MACEDONIA FOREVER. Hi everyone, That's a vent that basically covers my life and the thoughts I am dealing with every day that got particularly bad in the past three months. For some reason knowing that it's public makes it easier for me to put my thoughts into words than just thinking about it. I lose my train of thought too easily. I just turned 23. These days, I see almost no reason to live as I feel like my whole life, everyone has been acting as if I am normal when I am really not. It infuriates me and at the same time isolates me because I don't trust anyone I know. Not my family, nobody would tell me the truth. Or maybe they would but I am scared to hear the truth. All throughout my childhood and adolescence I was the outcast, the weirdo and there were different stages of coping with it: trying to appease to others, being shy and avoiding social interactions all together in high school where I would spend all day playing MMORPGs. I believed to be quite skilled in music and languages (I speak 3 fluently but none as a native speaker) and thus excused my social difficulty with all the things that I could do. At the end of high school I'd convinced myself that I was weird just because I lacked experience with social situations. Therefore, I started exposing myself to new situations. There was so much I didn't know, be it movies, music, culture, books, politics or just what is going on in my friends' circles. I'd be just sitting with a group of friends and desperately try to follow their conversations. After a while I managed to give less fucks about what other people thought of me and started asking questions about almost everything I didn't understand. I wanted to catch up and make up for the countless hours I'd wasted on computer games, web surfing and porn. I had hoped I would eventually become someone you could genuinely have a fun time with. I hoped I was about to change my miserable life. Then I started smoking weed and a whole new rabbit hole opened up. I would become paranoid in social situations when stoned. I became more attentive towards remarks by others. I would feel as if they are mocking me. I started questioning my intelligence. The anxiety would disappear a couple of days after the joint and I would go on with my everyday life. I smoked three months ago after a year long pause and it hit me in full force. I felt like the guy I was smoking with was entertaining himself with a retard. I am not sure if I am making this up but he might have called me "slow" while we were watching some videos. And we were not in some kind of a humorously mocking mood. He would let me watch different videos and I felt like he was observing how I would react. Anyway, that guy seems like a douchebag and his general intelligence somewhat subpar which might explain why he would be so insensitive and treat me like this. I haven't recovered from this experience. Don't get me wrong, I still manage to show my ignorance to people in order to learn things I don't know. It's just that I became way more self critical and looked for signs of a possible mental disability every day. I became more observant of my behavior and actively worked on it. For example, I noticed that I can't stick to a topic. I would grab onto a random thought that I associate with the current conversation and just digress. I looked at my Facebook chat history back in high school and died inside realizing how oblivious I was: not of subtle hints - I am talking about people giving up on me because I would give pretty stupid and irrelevant answers, resulting in conversations going nowhere. I've been trying to pay more attention at the body language of others as well as mine. I've spent a full year basically refurbishing the way I speak in my main languages. Now people ask me if I am a native speaker but after a couple of interactions realize that something is wrong and the conversation often dies. Back to now. No matter how much time I'd spend outdoors, I felt my progress was just not worth all my work and effort. In almost every social situation there would be a reminder of how far behind I was. I recently had a conversation with a nice older couple in a bar. I felt I was doing fairly well, we talked about the life in NYC, music, their youth. But I'd have to admit that it never was really interesting. I was just practicing my social skills. At the end of the evening, the lady gave me her number and encouraged me to message her in case I need any kind of help. She told me that I was so sweet and adorable, how she could be my mom and that I would find an adult taking care of me. That just ruined my night. Please tell me there is some ambiguity in her statement. The less shy I became over the years, the more obvious it became to me that the issue wasn't that I was an introvert. I just don't have anything to say. I can comment on a thought shared by my conversation partner but I almost NEVER bring up a new interesting thought myself (unless it is a useless digression. Also, I don't have an opinion on most things normal people would. I don't know what type of people, places or genre of music I like - either I do or I don't. I am indifferent about most things as if it would cost me too much energy to think about it. When I was younger, I liked to disagree with people I knew well about the most petty things just to feel superior and rebellious. I've tried to do the same with more advanced topics like politics but never really felt my arguments were effective. I probably didn't quite comprehend their arguments. Being a devil's advocate (a bad one at that) is not hard. I feel like a robot who is solely capable of picking out keywords from other people's comments and just shoots back a question. I've been told that I have a deadpan face and that my voice sounds sarcastic or bored. As already said, I am forgetful and constantly mentally exhausted: I sleep 9 hours - I am feel the need to sleep more. I sleep 10 hours - I feel like I became tired from sleeping too much. I sleep 6 hours - I make it through the day but I'm definitely not rested I literally can't consciously point my attention at a task. If it doesn't come up naturally, I just can't solve a problem. If you are familiar with the System 1 and System 2 analogy in psychology (Kahneman) it feels as if I don't have a system 2. All this being said, I am about to graduate in computer science with quite a good GPA. But it's not because I am particularly good at coding. We code way too little and in contrast to other classmates, I don't code for my own projects. It's because I cram for the exams (thereby sacrificing everything else) and afterwards forget almost everything I learned. The university system here is set up in a way that your whole grade for the course depends on just one final exam. The only graded component that requires creativity is a final 30 page paper. And I have no idea what I want to write about as there is no passion. I know I will somehow handle it but this doesn't solve my overall problem - employers sense that I am just brainlessly following a program. In my last internship I felt like an imposter who slowly has been exposed. I didn't do bad but not particularly good either. Admittedly, the work was actually hard and messy but I noticed my inefficiency at work and how I would get done so little. I actually worked before I started college in a financial services company and did amazing. I got multiple raises and was given a lot of publishing authorizations. But the work in of itself was pretty mundane. Also, I have 0 success with girls. I appear as a creep. I know that they sense my low self-esteem. Downloading Tinder opened my eyes. I assumed that I might have a weird character but that I am at least quite good looking - I got 3 likes in a month from unattractive girls - with tinder gold boosts. It's become so bad that when I see beautiful women on the street, I just become sad because I know there is no reason she would ever want be together with me. Funnily enough, I set Tinder to show me to men and I got a hundred likes from guys in two days. Maybe I am gay? I've been trying to figure this out as there are some signs of attraction but then again there is a thing such as homosexual OCD that makes you doubt your sexuality. This is such a bad timing. It is just too overwhelming to think about all these things at once. My siblings are so much younger than me but they are already surpassing me in social intelligence. I sense that one of them marrying will be a great further blow to my self-esteem. So in general, I suspect that I have mild autism, maybe ADD. It is so painful growing up convincing yourself that you are normal but then all of the sudden seeing everything in a different light and realizing that you might have been babysat by your friends and protected by your parents all the time. I don't feel close to the people I call friends at all even though I share quite a lot of my most private thoughts and they are incredibly understanding. 90% of the time, I am the guy who asks to hang out. Speaking of bad memory, I don't remember what their parents do for a living. If they ever decide to ask me what defines our friendship, I wouldn't be able to give a non-bs answer. And the friends I've lost over the years? Probably just didn't feel like putting up with my weirdness was worth their time. I know all this feels so self pitying and that there are people out there with objectively way worse problems. But doubting your whole life is quite painful. During my high school years, I thought quite highly of myself. I considered myself extremely empathetic, rather smart in sciences, fair, good hearted and extremely patient. Now I realize that all these positive qualities are just a result of my mental bottleneck. I am rather easy to manipulate, better than average in sciences but lacking the passion, unable to stand up for my own interests, selfish and lazy. I know that the only thing for me to do right now is talk to a psychiatrist but this will take place in more than month. I am currently spending a month in NYC and burning so much cash because I wanted to experience the city that never sleeps. Well, I met many people that possibly made me realize how delusional I've been all my life and that my vague dreams will never come true. I still have to decide if that is money well spent. Do you guys have similar issues and how did you try to cope with them.
